Refund policy

azaz swim. offers returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. There are NO refunds. Items purchased from azaz swim. are eligible for store credit within 3 days after delivery. There are no changes once the order has been placed. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed,free of scents, free of make-up stains and marks.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise will not be refunded.
Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.

Once we receive your package you will be notified by email with your in-store credit note or exchange information.

Store Credit
Store Credit does not expire.
Store Credit will be processed within three [3] business days of us receiving your return. You will receive an email from azazswim@gmail.com with the Store Credit code enclosed.
Store Credit is redeemable online only.

Faulty Item
Please email us at azazswim@gmail.com if you think your piece has a fault and we will gladly handle this with the highest priority.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email azazswim@gmail.com and a return address will be sent to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
